all i know is that WS A on block is negative 11+ on block... avoid... IMO
 
I tried testing Sophie's TC frames and put my results in the wiki. It's not amazingly accurate I'm sure, but should give a ballpark idea of by when and how long she'll stay down for.
 
Nice signature there jinmaster. Anyway all the frame data is in the Wiki. KK is -2 on hit as well.
 
66b is what on block? Don't say safe, I want a number. Shocked as hell it wasn't on that list.
 
None of the information is here(not updated at least), check the wiki. -2 is the number you're looking for.
 
Any way of finding the lowest possible impact frames for 236236B? Some attacks are better punished with 236236B rather than 236B, such as Mitsu's 2KB and 66BB. In fact there are a lot of moves that set you up for the tip-stun 236236B. Consistently I've gotten the half-health combo after blocking Sieg's WSAA and 66B, Mitsu's 66BB, Asta's A+B, and Ivy CS 214B_214.

Sorry I hadnt realized you said this, it comes out in i15 if you do as fast as possible in a buffer situation.
 
I'm new to the forums, but have been using this site for help for a long time now. But one thing I've never gotten is the frame table things. Could someone explain it to me? Like, what's the "-" mean? Negative how? On block? Does that mean on me blocking, or the enemy blocking? And which is bad? "-" or "+"? Anyways, if someone could fill me in on what it all means, I'd be very grateful. Thank you. :D

"-" is bad. If an attack is negative on hit or block, you are at disadvantage. So say you use an attack that is -18 on block. If your opponent blocks that, they can punish you with any attack that is i17 (or is it i18?) frames, meaning it takes that many frames for the attack to connect. You will be unable to block in time.

I think generally attacks that are -13 are safe, meaning you cannot be punished if the attack is blocked.

And of course, + on block means you are at an advantage, which can lead to frame traps and other good fun.

Well it's been mostly explained already, but + and - frames are how long after a move until you are able to act relative to an opponent and are usually measured separately for block, hit and counter-hit. When you are +# frames you will recover # frames sooner than opponent and when -# you will recover # frames later than them. And yes you generally you cannot block while you haven't recovered meaning if you're -14 you can't block on the 14th frame either so deathfist will hit you.
