Error When Trying to Upload Images

Everytime I try to upload an image it always says that there was an error and won't let me upload anything. I would like to share my created characters, but it's kind of hard to do that when the images of them won't upload. If anyone can help me out, thank you so much. My characters will be seen someday ;)
 
Best thing to do is make an imageshack account and link to the picture with the IMG tags.

Better to stress imageshack's servers than 8WR's. ;)
