    Okay, since you're my Go-to guy for balance questions, I've got a few:

    1) You never got back to me on if having a low in SCH is a good idea or not, a la SC2 NSS 2A*bA. I really liked the move, but that was from when I was 12 and only played against the AI. Is giving that move to SCH in SCV a good idea or not?

    But now I kind of see what you mean as to giving him a fast low or a throw being bad - it kind of makes SCH an all-in-one stance that would pretty much outmode SRSH.

    The thing is, stance balance design needs to be hyper focused in order for stances in fighting games to be effective. Look at Mitsu SC4 stances and think about the purpose for each move- they ALL have one which compliments not only how you enter the stance, but the situations you find yourself entering into the stance in.

    A low from SCH is either useless and out of character for the stance (SC2's movelist design is poorer than 3 and 4, imo), or it breaks the focus of the stance by being too good. SCH's obvious design purpose is to Hit or Evade into stance to run a free-hit (not a mixup, thats what one of this other stances is for).

    Hello. Do you know if SC5 is going to be the same as SC4 with the whole 1 frame lag from 360 to PS3? Can we test it somehow when the game releases?

    See? I would say you're a true fan of the Conan movies. Now if you have a copy of all of Arnold SChwarzenegger's movies, I'd say your a true Arnold fan.

    So, right now I'm trying to make a complete Frame Data archive that includes all games and all versions of games. Right now, I'm working on SCII Nightmare from data that Ring salvaged, but I'm having a bit of a difficult time understanding the frames. For example, Nightmare's AA is listed as:

    Alright, I get it now. Sounds like it might frustrate people like Signia, what with not being 100% certain on what frames you have, and if you should or shouldn't do X move because you could be at +6 or +9.

    By the by, do you know if SCI and SB were the same as SCII? I'm assuming since you said "older games" they most likely are, but it's good to be certain on these things.

    SC1 had the same thing, couldn't tell you about SB to be honest, that game sucked :)

    You don't have to tell me about how much SB sucked. It has a certain nostalgia value for me, though, and I want the wiki to be "complete" sooner or later, so I actually do WANT to do it.

    But the game is pretty terrible...the frames in that game are dumb, all grabs are breakable with A, the balance seems incredibly screwy...eugh. But hey, at least it got me into SC.

    I just watched the first one like three days ago on netflix. And yet I own it on dvd and blu-ray. It's one of those movies I could watch a million times. The 80's produced a lot of those movies for me though. High five sir. High five.

    In general it is best to leave story to the story people and playing to the players, and never the two opposing ends shall meet. I know some people have interests in both (myself included), but as a topic of discussion it's best to just leave it alone for reasons shown in that thread.
