Hi, I need some practice w/ Nightmare and since I have XBL I might as well use it. Gamertag is A Savage Panda. Please send me a PM or message on LIVE for some matches.
Need some practice to gauge my skill.
You could check out Little Big Planet. I dunno if that's what you're looking for, but it looks like a game you can sit down and play and then leave if you have to.
Lately 'sit down and play' games seem to be a dying breed. I guess as a gamer you're going to have to deal with the dilemma that...
I can foresee many problems about this type of service...
1. The one that leaps out at me the most is that you're going to need a very good connection in order to do this. Of course that brings up the glaring question of "what if you don't?" And as someone mentioned before, how would you do...
I have to admit that the third-person animations are quite shoddy. Bethesda still has much to be desired when it comes to good-looking character models. Running, jumping, these should probably be less awkward looking if they're going to have a third-person mode. But once again, their first...
Okay, so this is pretty short notice, but I'll be hosting a SoulFest at the Panera on Lincoln Way tomorrow, 3-28-09. Here's the address:
2010 Lincoln Way East
Massillon, Ohio 44646
It can seat about 16-20 people in the back room (which is where we'll be), so if you're interested, shoot...
So...I want to use a pad to play...but unfortunately I play on the 360. The Fightpad for SF4 isn't very good for this, because the button mapping is a bit awkward. So!
Should I convert a 360 controller?
Should I get a PS3 controller and converter?
Or should I just get a stick and be done with?
1. Soul Calibur IV
2. Smash Bros. Melee
3. Street Fighter IV
4. Guilty Gear XX Accent Core
The only reason GGXXAC is 4th for me is that I don't play it as much.
As for Brawl, ick. It's still pretty campy in competitive play, and not fun at all. Melee still has a large turnout and it's got a...
I remember playing this at Sega City in Toronto (I think it was Toronto...or at least someplace near it)
Then I got the PS2 port in like...'05 or something.
My god it sucked. I'm hoping this one will bring me back the nostalgia of it being fun.
And so the arrogant coward hides his face til the next bout with reason.
For he will soon hoist up his banner again, and, armed with ignorance and illiteracy and foolishness, he will once again assault the impenetrable wall of logic, and dash his brains to pieces against it.
I emulate SNES games...but that's pretty much it, unless MUGEN counts as pirating.
Other than that, all my money goes into saving up for college and buying games.
I feel like such a nerd =]
