Its funny that u mention this! Cause I swear if I didn't know any better there are a number of JF's that are really easy now.

I found myself fighting with Setsuka's combo's not to get a JF Umbrella to test some damages when she fails to get the JF. Also Kilik's Asura JF seems a little easier as well. I might be crazy but since u mention the above it might be possible.

Yeah, I definitely find JF's much easier to do.

Now that I'm thinking about it........this really blows. We are all getting excited about a game that hasn't even been ANNOUNCED for Console, most likely won't even BE on console (and we're only assuming it will) for another 6 months.

I have a strong feeling it might get to console. They just want people to buy it on the PSP first. Then when it gets to console as a download just like Tekken 5 DR, they will make more money off of it. It's all marketing.

Point taken.

However, Zasalamel and Talim were thrown to the wolves early on to begin with. The community always underestimated the bottom tiers ability to make it happen, and thats why they sneak in the middle of the rankings at some point. Wasnt Hilde bottom-mid before people started charge binding and figured out doom combo?

Also not having enough time to really play around with or against some characters adds to the WTF effect of course.

At this point I just SMH when people say they've never played a decent Zas on PSN. I took out the time to see what the rest of the cast can do why cant they.

Artilust: Top playersl lost to a nearly psychic Zas and a very good Talim. If they didn't take the time to learn anti-strats, that's their problem. The point being, you don't see low tier getting top 5 in other games having majors. It's super hard, especially vs Hilde/Voldo/Kilik/Amy, but it obviously CAN be done. Try winning w/low tier at high level in other games and you'll appreciate SC more.

Just for reference its already been confirmed that SC:BD will not make it to console. The reason I still provide info is because it may be valuable for those who plan on doing the PSP Go synced with the PS3 controller tv set top scenario thing to make a valid tournament scene which will most likely not be done on a grand scale either.

I wonder if I pulled that one out of my ass to? Or will people believe this one without me making them feel like i'm being negative.

It's been confirmed? Well fuck me, I'm going to unsubscribe to all the BD threads I'm in. No point in getting happy for a game that will not come to console.

And if you're wrong.........you owe me a dozen black and white cookies cause I don't have access to those in TX, and you do since you're still in my homeland.

Confirmed by who? Where is the link? Of course i'm not going to believe that, that kind of statement made without any kind of evidence doesn't exactly convince me. Now if there is an official namco statement or a link of some kind then I will believe it.

In a nutshell. Hates, Manta and Krayzie have more skill and lose to it. It's not the player winning, it's the character. There is a difference there, but I digress. It's not worth getting worked up over." -Enkindu, speaking about me.

Nori:

lol. I could be as that information came from someone else who got the info from an insider in Namco. That's all that needs to be said!

If this is indeed the case it confirms my Scamco theory that PhilBond was so nice to try and dismantle everything I said look stupid based on that alone. Then again who knows financial decisions do change in businesses. I'm educated enough to know that!

Confirmed by who and where? Where's your link to an official Namco statement or document to back that up? Otherwise, that is completely baseless internet-speak.

Take what u will from it! Believe or not believe makes no difference to me.

I'll clarify again. I heard from someone who recieved confirmation that it will not make it to console from a Namco insider/worker.

Again:

Take what u will from it! Believe or not believe makes no difference to me.

^^^ Agreed(pertaining to what Ceirnian said)...

The same thing was said about Tekken DR not making it to console and exclusive on PSP only, and then hype about its release on console not even a yr later, and still not even a yr later it was released on console for purchase....contrary to your beliefs/what was said to you SU.. and no offense of course but, there is still a lot of yip yap out there about mixed info..just let time do the telling and see what Namco/Bandai does...

i truly want to see it arrive on console as much as the next person or more so, but nothing we can do now except speculate; heck it could be true..could be false..but only to wait and see what happens when the time comes for the final destination of IT'S final release/resting place.

JustKill I agree with u 100% just providing info and I did say I could be wrong being semi educated when it comes to business decisions as well.

I 100% hope it does come as well and I don't 100% believe the info I recieved either. But if said info is coming from a insider who's opinions are trusted it could indeed be the case.

In fact I should have never even mentioned the info now that I think about it because it adds nothing but more speculation lol!

To negate the fact that I said anything everyone should just provide info on the game and hope that it does come to console since thats what matters most.

The game industry is a funny world in that alot of decisions change even after many confirmations.

Only time will tell but IMO namco really has no reason not to bring it to console. It's free money. Just make it look more pretty, little change here little change there, and then probably add a new mode that was probably already completed when SC4 came out and that'll make them a nice chunk of money for little to no work.

I got to ask why the hell would NB put BD on the console when they've barely supported the console game as it is?

I really hope that they do something with the console, but my hopes and wishes are not matching with reality. They could have easily focused on doing something for the console, but they chose to develop for the PSP which they could charge $40 for. That right there tells me where their priorities lie which is to get that paper.

If anything is done for the console, then it's not going to be in the form of a patch or DLC since there's no way that Kratos is going to land on the X360, nor does it makes sense financially to try and develop for one console with no one console being the dominant winner in the market at this moment. Plus you would end up in a situation where you would have different clients trying to play online with different versions of the game which will also screw things up since everyone is not going to buy it if it came in the form of DLC.

You also can't compare Tekken 5 DR to BD. T5DR on the PS3 was a port, not DLC. NB ported T5 to the PSP and made T5DR, then ported that over to the PS3. Soul Cal is already on the console. You can't just add to it unless you design that capability from the jump, which is not that easy to do for a fighting game and is why you see DLC for fighting games already stored on disk.

If BD somehow makes it to the console, then it would be a miracle, but right now I'm not seeing it. More than likely once the hype for T6 dies down, they will release another Soul Cal as a full game since they would make more money that way, or BD finds its way on the Wii somehow.

But I am fine with the way SC4 is. If something happens, great. If not, I'll still be playing. I just have no desire to play SC on a handheld.

SU, questions. Do you know the biggest damage and RO combo of FCC2B in SC:BD?
Does the C3[B]->C3[A]->C2[B]B->C2[A]A difficult to do? Does it still good for RO?
Thanks.
