Just to add abit

1K:Ground grab: Yes, it actually works now. Lol. In console, when ur opponent tech, ground grab will jus whiff and you get free punish. But now if ur opponent techs, the ground grab will hit but off axis (no dmg), i haven't tested crouch grab to catch techers.

2A+K: Used to be head towards, now it's feet towards.

3A+B or 1B+G: 22B doesn't combo after that anymore. Either that or i'm too slow.

Command throw does very little damage compared to last time. Sad..

214AA still the same.

Mitsurugi

3B launches higher now.

2K, B- no slower version. First 2K will knockdown already. Cannot be comboed anymore as the B will hack them to the floor. Damage has been buffed to 46 now. Doesn't RO front anymore.

Still loses HP on whiff from GS.

Her 214B+G throw is still not fixed.

Does the knockdown off Yun 2b,k guarantee anything from Crane? It DOES still go into Crane, right? Try CR a+b and work your way down from there. Even if nothing is guaranteed, that's a huge buff.

sure is a good buff for him. glad to see it as i've picked up Yun lately. i'm in debate about this game right now. i don't have a psp but really want this game. the problem is for the cost of both game and psp i could add alittle more money with it and get the new PS3 slim. decisions decisions lol

i hate to butt in (and i probably shouldn't), but why don't YOU do something positive for the community instead of bitching about other people's bitching? It doesn't do anyone any good to bitch and NOT get anything done.

SU: same goes for you. Yes, i understand why you tested what you tested first, but that doesn't change the fact of about HOW you presented the info. Grant it, the info is welcomed, and by all means continue the comparison between the games.

All I have to add to this is GI ringouts are amazing. No follow up necessary, just GI and watch your opponent fly out of the ring.

From what I have been reading it seems like CFs as a whole have been made harder. Has anyone tested how many GIs it takes to break the gauge? Maybe that has been uped since GIs have been buffed in other areas. Also check if throws can be GIed now.

Air GI is not that good of a launcher. 4GI vs Airborne just puts them flat to the ground, no bounce.
Normal GIs do not RO! Only 6GI vs Airborne does. Haven't tried any Just Impacts though.

So apparently there is wrong in going out of one's way to present researched info on a game for the community unless you present it in the most gift wrapped pink and rainbow colored form. So anything negative in the slightest even if its true should never be stated from the things i'm hearing. Also it seems like I went from the guy who has been providing or coming up with methods to help support different aspects of this community to the guy who is bitching in one thread. Marvelous how things can immediately shift that way in a matter of a few views if there is any negative comments about the game even if its true.

Ex 1: SC:BD is at its core SC4 Patch 1.03.5 constructed by Scamco. This game has been re-sealed and made portable for PSP to make extreme profits at the $40.00 price point in patch form with the inclusion of two new characters to make it look like a new game.

Is this complaining or could it be viable truth seeing how there is no patch for console in sight and games like Tekken receive patch support without the community even asking for it sometimes while SC4 has needed one for ages and not only do we still not get one but instead we get SC:BD in portable form with no major changes that would justify the $40.00 price point when the game itself is more of a patch that the community has been asking for with some minor new editions.

Ex 2: 23+ GI window equals provided info. The feedback that is given is that Hilde's C3B is gonna be broken. Is this not true and respectable feedback even if its true. This means there is no need for a fast and slow option because its entirely safe and damaging so stalling it makes no difference so essentially u have a free 104-Damage tool post GI as well. Its good to know that providing the info with no logical feedback is how things should be presented. Nice unity!

Ex 3: Mentioning such and such characters that have recieved noticeable buffs is fine! But mentioning that Hilde has received substantial major major buffs is complaining right! Apparently that seems to be the case here.

All the above is in regards to trying to find out where the "supposed when I read the first half of the initial post I saw where it was going thing".

Finally addressing the feedback that I gave about Hilde on the bottom of the post. Apparently safe, +Frame, Guard breaking, high damaging tools everywhere now, free C3B in GI window, better stepping system for better placement, some fully tracking outside of some messed up hitbox issues etc. are not above and beyond similar unsafe tools that do not give the above advantages. I guess when people run into the exact same issues again while calling them out in the beginning is gonna be a reoccurence. Hot!

So basically what I have learned is as a competitor in this game is to process and read information and break it down appropriately for your own benefit because all u get when u try to support the community in return is people who don't understand the meaning of bitching/complaining and misinterpret anything negative about the game as bitching/complaining.

Noted just continue to place high in tournaments to fulfill that competitive thirst and make money and continue to live life in the real world since I lose nothing by doing nothing for the community since the real world fulfills social needs among other obvious things.

Mods need to stop closing threads that deal with these issues because they spur the most interest on this site as well as the most views and might help eliminate issues with this game for the better. The short list of impressions I got after many hours with the game this past weekend:

The damage on SOME characters is too high.

Overall, some of the changes are strange/bad, and some are good. The good outweigh the strange/bad.

My feelings are mixed. I'm very afraid the characters with good damage and launchers will turn their basic gameplay into a fish-for-launchers into half bar kind of game. I don't want to see that; but, if that does happen, I'll always have Tekken (where that's the whole game, and its better built for it, imo)

I'm going to "wait and see". I suggest before we all draw conclusions, we wait and see too.
