No customs mean no customs. It does matter, and it's in the rules and should've been enforced.

many clothing items such as dark baggy pants and skirts make it quite a bit harder to block certain lows on reaction imo.

You don't know how badly I wanted to take a spot for nationals at this tournament but a shit load of minor issues occured including the fact that no one could tell me how to fucking get there, I had to direct people via phone, So I ended up spending time with my lady instead, we went to see the last Fast & the Furious.
