Good evening ladys and gentleman, and I give you the latest instalement in a quality national tournament, T.i.T 8. This is the first time that a Soul Calibur game will be the featured attraction to this event but I am not mad at that, lol. If you haven't been to a tit before, you need to get there to see what the very best of the nations talent in the game does when they are boxed up in a room with nothing but a controller or joystick to fend off the pretenders. If you have been to one, then you already know :D Below is the is the registration time and prize schedule for the event and the games.
P.s will put up the actual venue place in the next week or so.... more games may end up on the venue, say street fighter 4

Registration is between 10:30 am and 12:15pm, tourney starts at 1pm.

The games thus far will be SoulCalibur 4 and Tekken Dr.
Entry into the event will be 15$

Entry into Soulcalibur will be 20$
3rounds, 60 secs, 2/3 games till winners/loser finals.. then 3/5

Entry into Tekken will be 10$
2rounds, 60 secs, 2/3 games till winners/loser finals.. then 3/5

Entry into VF 5 ( on xbox 360 ) 10$

Entry into street fighter 4 15$

Entry into ttt 10$
2/3rounds, 60secs, 2/3 games the whole way till championship, then 3/5 matches of 2/3 rounds....

Standard tourney rules apply:


Set buttons before match starts on ch. select screen
No pausing during a match
Stage select for the loser
2/3 matches for all early rounds and only winners finals and the grand finale are 3/5 matches ( first to win 3 rounds in a match ofcourse )
No algol or yoda or bonus characters, everyone else is legal ( vadar, apprentice )


Prize Structure:

It was supposed to be 1000 gar. first prize ( and still may end up that way ) , but talking to some peeps in 8way chat made the prize better this way....

1st) 800$
2nd) 300$
3rd) 150$


And If everything works out the way it usually does, food will be provided for everyone for free hopefully, if not a small fee maybe 3-5 buxx may apply....




Soul Team tourney is right after the main event and sign ups will be at the door as well


It will be 3 vs. 3 first to win 5 matches
each person of the team will play at least once, winner stays on loser switches.
You can only win twice in a row then you have to switch to another team member
Grand finals will be first team to win 7 matches
time pending if this tourny will be double elim. or not ( more details later )
And I think the cost to a team will be 40$ ( for the team as a whole entraint )
Prizes will go to top 2 team
