I guess Markman might know...

Or try the Hori shop...good luck understanding it.

EDIT: Looks to be sold out there and at Play Asia.

I was recently surfing the net and found Japan video games selling it. You could try ordering from there if its in your price range.

Arcade Shock is receiving HRAP3 SAs on September 29th at a price of $119.99. You can pre-order from that site. The shipping and handling can be pricey. I end up paying a total of $185.
